From One Floor to a Global Family: My BrandLink Journey Three and
Three and a half years ago, I walked into the third floor of our original building. Back then, we were a small, tight knit group of fewer than 150 agents. I remember the "birth pains" vividly the hum of a company finding its voice, the scramble to build processes from nothing, and the direct, hands on guidance from our Project Manager because our support team was still just a handful of dedicated souls. We were small, but we were hungry.
Today, when I look around, the transformation takes my breath away.
From that single floor, we have exploded into a global family. In Baguio alone, we are 700 strong across 2 sites. We’ve expanded to Tarlac with another 300 agents and two more sites, and we’ve even crossed oceans to open offices in Europe. Seeing that growth isn’t just about the numbers for me; it’s about the memories of where we started and the pride of knowing I was there when the seeds were planted.
Beyond the BPO Grind I spent seven years in the BPO industry before finding my way here, but BrandLink is different. It’s the first place where the work doesn't just feel like a shift it feels like a calling. My colleagues have ceased being "teammates" and have truly become my family. My Operations Manager has been a pillar of support, turning daunting challenges into moments of shared triumph.
Growing Through the Friction Of course, growth isn't always smooth. I’ve seen people come and go; I’ve seen departments clash and hurdles arise. But in this family, we don't run from friction we use it to sharpen our edges.
I know there are voices of discontent at times. Every organization has its flaws, and every individual has their own struggles. But when I look at the big picture, I see a CEO, a management team, and a front line of agents all pouring their hearts into making BrandLink a global leader.
Looking Forward To go from 150 people on one floor to a multi-national organization is nothing short of a miracle of collective will. I am so deeply proud to have been part of this evolution. BrandLink has given me more than a career; it has given me a sense of purpose and a place to belong.
I’m not just waiting to see where BrandLink.ph goes next, I’m ready to help lead the way there.
