College student with failed grades

Problem/goal: Hello i really don't know what to do. I dropped out after my 1st sem in college and may 3 failed subjects po ako lahat yon major pa bsce course ko 1st year never ko sya naging pangarap na pressure lang sa pamilya ko kaya ayon pinili ko. And I failed kasi it's hard to study kung never mo naman gusto yung course na napili mo. I'm currently struggling financially kaya hindi rin po namin afford ang medyo malaking tuition fee. Idk where to transfer na tumatanggap ng student with failed grades.

Any advice po? I'm planning to fix my grades again and I'll transfer to state university na to pursue my dream course. I just really don't know kung anong process ang gagawin ko.
