Moving to Canada as a brown transwoman in American

I’m currently in my second year of college, but given the current state of America and that the government has just released a statement essentially saying they’re gonna start killing trans people I’m heavily considering moving. Would greatly appreciate some cheap areas to move to. Would love to work in theater, but at this point I’m not picky about my job at all. Thanks!
