PROCLAMATION: From the Council of Ministers of the Democratic Republic of Rovdastriya

LET IT BE KNOWN that on this day, the 12th day of May in the year 2026, the Democratic Republic of Rovdastriya is now a sovereign, independent nation with its own culture, government, and people.

Rovdastriya is a peace-loving nation that is dedicated to the good will and collective security of all within our borders. Our nation is classified as a socialist dictatorship, however that is moreso in title than it is in practice. While our Premier has final say in all matters of government and effectively rules until death or resignation, the people of Rovdastriya -- citizen and non-citizen alike -- enjoy the same freedoms and rights, and the government of the DRR pledges to uphold those rights in whatever way possible.

Once our Ministry of Information finishes transcribing our official constitution we will post it for all to see, as well as a flag design and other things related to establishing ourselves as a sovereign, legitimate micronation.
