Soooo in part D, here are my pointers Increase brand image, zobra should invent in flowers that survive throught all weather conditions, this will lead to decrease in supply issues which will help zobra meet increasing demand and increase revenue Moreover zobra should invest in process innovation and invest in boxes designed to handle delicate things, this will reduce the damage inventory cost and increase profit margins, I wrote that the intensity of weather may vary, flowers which survive all weather conditions may not due to different intensities, zobra should plan using weather forcasting, zobra should also opt for just in time inventory, this will reduce the inventory cost, investing in boxes may be costly in short term but in long term it will increase customer loyalty, Moreover it also depends on sources of finance, zobra may face difficulty acquiring loans because he is unable to manage his trade payble which may cause lenders to not trust him,
