Can’t get any work done (27M)

I’ve been at the office for two hours and all I’ve been doing is looking at porn on my phone and posting nasty dick pics on Reddit. I edged until I fell asleep last night around 2am, and then woke up at 6:30am and smoked and edged until I left for work. Now I’m waiting for lunchtime so I sneak home to smoke and edge and take even more nasty pics. I’m literally such a pent up mess right now and can barely act normal at work.
