Marital Status Changes? - Tier 4 & YMV

Hi all,  

My partner and I will be moving to the UK in July, as I will be attending post-graduate school. I (Canadian) will be obtaining a Tier 4 visa, and she (Canadian, Under 35) will be getting a separate Youth Mobility Visa.

We are getting legally married in Canada in the middle of June, but wanted to start on the visa application now. On her application she can put "Unmarried Partner", but will it cause any issues for us if our marital status changes mid or shortly after the visa application process?
