Has anyone’s hematoma increased in size before disappearing ? Went to MFM for a scan yesterday at 16 weeks, and my SCH went from 3.6cm at 12 weeks, to now 4.7cm. The MFM said they can sometimes grow before they resolve, and she is hopeful it will be gone by my 20 week scan. She did say that complications are usually only seen with large hematomas and to not life anything heavy.
