F2 Ultra (Single Laser) Stopped working randomly

I got my F2 Ultra in last week, and it was working perfectly. Today I did the coin that was included and it engraved it with no issues. I had it off center, close to the vent, etc... I tried doing another one about an hour later and it looked like it did the first layer and then stopped running. The machine didn't detect any issues. I tried running it again and nothing.

I tried re-calibrating it to see if that would fix the problem and when I used the scratch paper, I only saw the marker for the blue laser and not the red one. I do see both lasers when it is in standby, but when I try to run the test example or any file for that matter, nothing happens. It just runs through the process like there isn't an issues. Any advice?
