Retired Military. Want to work at USPS RCA. Is a Sedan viable until I find a bigger vehicle?

Hey all, recently looking at a few areas in NC and wanted to know how viable a sedan would be for RCA? Any advice/tips are greatly appreciated.

Some people have told me depending on the location you might not even need to use your POV. Others have said I may need to modify my car/buy a new one.
