having an appointee

ok so i just turned 16 recently and i have to do my PIP assessment, i have an appointee aka my parents, im too shy to talk about my disability to literal strangers however the pip money will be going into my bank account.

do my parents still need to send in to the dwp how im spending the money because i know that appointees have to tell the dwp how the money is being used if its going into THEIR bank account to make sure its in my benefit but its going in mine so do we still need to do that?
