Declaration Forms

I have applied for CEC general category, and have received AOR on Feb 7. Later on APR 16th I received an ADR for additional family information, IMM5406, which I submitted.

But during the submission of my application, I never saw a section where I had to give my family information, nor a field to upload any other IMM forms, except the one used for adding a representative.

I haven’t received my BIL yet and I’m now worried if it might be because I missed to upload any documents. Did anyone else here had a similar situation and do you recommend submitting any other IMM forms, via web form, something that is mandatory?
