Conflicted

I have been talking to this guy for the purpose of marriage. We met on Muzz, and everything was going well. In shaa Allah, we were planning to do our soodonis soon. We did have one argument, but it wasn’t even that deep. I ended up redownloading Muzz because he had been moving weird, and I had a gut feeling that he was back on it. When I checked, I saw that he was active again. When I asked him why he was back on the app, he said he “doesn’t want to put all his eggs in one basket.” When I confronted him about it, he said he felt bad and explained that he just has trust issues and anxiety about uncertainty. Other than that, we are really compatible and I don’t have any other concerns. I don’t know what to do because I want to believe him and let it slide, but loyalty is such a big deal to me.
