Apple Watch SE 3 Heart Rate Sensor Green Light Wont Turn Off and Burns the Skin

I have been using my SE 3 for a while during cycling for a while now with no issues. Starting from yesterday I noticed that the green sensor light won't turn off, and the light is burning my skin. I have tried restart the watch but the issue is persistent since then.

Before you say it is contact dermatitis, NO IT IS NOT!!! If you point any laser on your skin long enough you feel the burn. Before going to apple store, any other solutions I should try? Someone suggests to turn off the heart rate sensor, if it is the only solution, then it's missing the whole point of the watch.
