Housing warning in ATL

Just want to warn others. I’ve been traveling by 7 years and not once has my security deposit not been returned.

If you try renting / furnished finder from Drew Proffitt or ProStay LLC he will find nonsense things to keep your deposit.

He will claim pet odor in order to replaced old furniture.

He will charge you $200 cleaning fee (despite having a cleaning service come that he recommended 2x a month). Shouldn’t this be done regardless between guest?

Carpet cleaning on top of deep cleaning charge.

It’s not about the $1500 security deposit. I just don’t want others to get scammed.
