could this be a mild stomach bug?

So like 2 days ago i started sweating so bad and ended up throwing up and ever since then ive been so nauseous. I haven’t thrown up since the first time but i feel so so nauseous. I thought it was food poisoning but i never had any diarrhea so im thinking maybe it’s a stomach bug, but can you have a stomach bug with no diarrhea and just feeling nauseous?
