How is it even possible for a development studio under SONY to be this incompetent?

This game launched almost 2 MONTHS AGO. And the game is currently UNPLAYABLE. like you literally cannot even load into a ranked game right now. Every single match disconnects, and bugs out your weekend classic rating. This is UTTERLY EMBARRASSING. We pay this company 70 dollars a year to play their game, and they could NOT CARE LESS about doing the bare minimum to make sure the game even functions properly.
