IIM Lucknow convert [Urgent Help]

Hello everyone,

I have converted IIM Lucknow and will be joining this year, but there's one problem that I resigned after the results and now I need an early release which I think is gonna be a big problem for me.

Adding to this, I have a bond period in my current company and they are asking me to pay even if I'm leaving for higher education.

Please help me how to tackle this situation? I don't want to pay the full amount, if I have to pay anyhow.
