Cockroach in bedroom can’t scream

I woke up from a dream that felt so real. I was sleeping and woke up and there was a small shelf on my wall across from my bed where three cockroaches were sitting there staring at me. When I saw them I tried to scream but a weird croaking sound came out. I tried several times in an effort to wake up my husband but the same sound kept coming out. The roaches fled under my bed and finally my husband woke up. I told him what was going on and he flipped the bed against the wall. When I came back to the room it was like a hose had gone off and there was a huge puddle on the bed that was dripping onto all the stuff we had on the floor under the bed. I found one dead roach but couldn’t find the others and he had to leave for work. I was there with my dog unsure what to do while everything was soaking wet and looking for these other roaches.

Any thoughts? Thank you!
