Hey y'all, any corporate advice for a newbie?

Hello

(23F) will be starting my first corporate job in less than a month. Nervous but excited. I've had jobs before but not as big as this one. Any advice for me would be welcome. I'll be a Deputy Manager, so advice about how to handle juniors and seniors is much needed. How should i dress myself, how to handle work pressure... everything. Would love to know most things before i join.
