How to earn?

I don't know if I will receive a response or not but anyways, whoever reading this.

Hi I am Ashish from Bihar, India. In the final year of graduation (arts), I am also a sports person (shooting), and have started a youtube channel this year, and posting videos consistently ever since, and also I am preparing for UPSC but at this stage , I have started doubting myself, that the things which I am doing will even work for me or not?, everything looks so saturated, like only top performers earn , i want to earn but in whichever field I see either vdo editing or something else, there are a lot of crowd,

So my question to you 'if you read This', how to earn the first money? , if you have done it, then it will genuinely help, and please don't give chatgpt or Ai answers, if that would have been the case, then i wouldn't be downloding this app and posting it here.

Thank you
