Ending eBay account after selling all stock

I'm just curious how long people keep an account open after ending a stint. I had inherited a TON of vintage toys, sold all of them quite easily over about 6-7 months and literally sold out of everything last week. I don't really have any use for the account anymore since I don't ever buy off of eBay and was just wondering if there is a way to eventually close it out and get some documentation for tax time or something.

I could just keep it open indefinitely too I guess, and just not sell anything ever again, but what is the sort of end process? id probably like to close it just to have less of a digital foot print I guess, just want to make sure I wrap everything up properly.
