Does anyone know how much Elements Massage pays new MTs per hour in Southern California in 2026?

I need to give them my desired hourly rate today. The massage envy nearby offers $22-$26/hr depending on experience. So I just wanna see if Elements is the same despite Elements charging $15 more per hour for a massage. (Not sure when they increased their prices).
