Help me with my job ,what do I do(i hate sales)

I hate sales ,I hate it,i have tried two sales internships,one sales job,at a sales job at a bank right now,i hate cold calling,I hate the constant pressure,I hate the micro management,I hate having to prove every fucking day,i hate it i hate it, I don't know what to do,where to go, I really want to quit my job,i don't know what to learn ,what course should I do,i have no idea, should I go into marketing,should I go into hr,should I go into consulting,I have no fucking clue and it's killing me inside ,i fucking wanna run away,I keep sleeping all the time
