Has anyone flown with the Small Cloud Carry On on Scandinavian Airlines?

I'm traveling to Sweden from the US this summer, and I was considering getting the small cloud carry on to use as my personal item. According to Scandinavian Airlines, the personal item size max is 16x12x6..... the small cloud carry on is 16.5x12.5x6.5... SO CLOSE. Has anyone had any experience flying with SAS using it as a personal item? It's so close to the size limit but I have never flown with SAS so not sure how strict they are. Thanks so much!
