Whats with the entitlement of wheelchair and pmds?

They horn at pedestrains who are walking normally on the walkways... In mrt when they reverse the sound is so loud like as if a lorry is reversing! Plus they expect people to all siam in that narrow space inside mrt! We understand you are disabled but please show some appreciation for the inconvience caused to others!
