Is the magic carpet still blooming at Perkin's Park?

Hi everybody! I'm proposing to my wonderful girlfriend this weekend in Monterey, and was looking to do it at Perkin's Park if the magic carpet flowers are still blooming. Does anybody know if they still are, and if so, around what time of day they open up? Thanks so much!
