Computer shop in roxas city for installing RAM sticks in old laptop

What computer shops here in roxas city are affordable and trusted for installing RAM sticks to my old laptop? I have 2 DDR3L RAM sticks I bought from shopee but idk how to open and insert to an old laptop.
