22M now. I am not indian but I lost all my weight in india and I owe india for this.

So I am here to give some tips I gained during my weight loss if u are trying to do the same.

I was terribly over weight chugging sodas and snacks non-stop.

Practically anti-social and depressed.

And last year , I decided to lock in for the first time in my life.

And I did it myself , there was no support from anyone even my parents.

Most important factors in weight loss.

Here's what I did in order -

1. Diet over workout/ exercise

It's simple. If you consume more calories than u burn , u will not lose fat. Cut snacks & sodas, and gradually reduce meal volumes.

2. Walking / Steps

Probably the easiest way to lose fat when u are inflexible and over weight and can't handle cardio.

3. Exercise / workout

Only after I adjusted my diet and started getting 8k+ steps everyday , I started doing home workouts.

( Push ups, squats, crunches etc etc)

4. Gym / strength training

I only started gym since last 2 months , to do strength training and it plays massive role in ur endurance & stamina.

This allowed me to do more weight loss exercise.

Now I am on my way to get abs and muscles 💪.

I am happy to answer any questions if u are struggling with weight loss.
