Under Review. Any insight?

Update: I was fired. In light of this, is it okay to apply to other Telus positions now?

I woke up to an email saying that my account is under Quality Review for low performance. I’ve been having trouble with my tasks for the past few months, so I understand why I’m under review. I’m honestly scared of being fired. This is my first time being under review since joining a couple years ago. Do you think that would be taken into consideration? Has anyone else been placed under review recently?
