Summer sublease

Hi. I’m helping my 28 yo boyfriend find a place to stay in Berkeley while he works for the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory for the summer.

Ideally, something furnished with the essentials. He’s willing to share with a male roommate but a private space is preferred.

His budget is $1,200

Thank you!
