Game Crashes with "Event ID 153 not found"

Hi I just started playing back after a couple of months and game just freezes and crashes, its like every after a few minutes of playing and its random. Never had this problem back in September of last year, I could play for hours.

Also checked Event Viewer and it says

"The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer."

Already tried lowering all graphic settings and switching to Vulkan from DX2 but the same error keeps happening.

Anyone knows a fix for this?
