Going through a major heartbreak idk how to deal with it

I'm gonna break up with my boyfriend of two years...it was majorly because I had to shrink myself for him to be comfortable in the relationship and I had to constantly explain myself and my feelings just to make him try to make my feelings feel validated.....we had sex and from a few months it's been very frequent and that's the thing that's breaking me down mentally...it was my first relationship I trusted him with everything and he's still being like this

Idk how to deal with this yrr i feel like crying and like at the point I don't even have any reason to live....I have cuet on 19 and 25 I have to prepare for it too can't let this incident affect that
