Question about an AmiAmi preorder

Hi, I preordered this Lycaon figure from AmiAmi last May. It's release date is this month and I've seen others recieving theirs (though I don't know if they preordered on AmiAmi or elsewhere).

The preorder details on my account still show the shipping fee as 'TBD' and I haven't heard anything since the initial order acknowledgement.

I'm just wondering, is this normal? It's my first time using AmiAmi.
