Our Public Transit Recently..

I get that I'm probably in a minority of people here that use the bus frequently, but our bus system has gotten absolutely ridiculous lately. I take the Route 14 which goes up and down Abercorn, and lately it has been significantly more prone to buses completely vanishing from the tracking app with no explanation, and also taking shortcuts which leads to stops being completely skipped with no notification given beforehand.

What's even worse is that I've noticed the issue is particularly bad for the last bus of the night, the one which myself and many others rely on to get home after work.

Is this just caused by the city doing insane budget cuts of some sort? I have had so many recent horrible bus experiences that I genuinely want some sort of avenue to file a complaint to the city or something..
