Monthly insurance premium payment best card

So my father has to pay 1.2 L insurance premium payment per month, we do have phonpe sbi card but its cashback cap is completed already by utility payments. Please suggest a cashback/milestone card to maximise reward on these payments which account for 14 lakh annually.
