Help with 3 year old potty training!!

Hello everyone, I have a 3 year old who turns 4 in July and me and my wife have been potty training her for nearly a year. Sometimes it feels like she has finally got it and tells us every single time when she needs a pee or poo. When we’re all at home this is where the struggle is - she will happily sit there and hold her pees when you can see clear as day that she’s desperate to go and doesn’t say anything.

Me and my wife have come to a point where we cannot seem to get her to listen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as we fear she may not be ready to start primary school in September if she’s still having accidents.
