Disappointed with the fact that Osmo Pocket 4 doesn't have H.264 video format as an option

After Pocket 3, I bought Osmo Pocket 4 last month and at first it was great. Then when I tried to edit my footage using DaVinci Resolve, all DJI media had a red "Media OFFLINE" status. It turns out DaVinci Resolve's free version doesn't support HVEC, only the paid version, which costs $295. Ouch.

Now my (legal) options are to either learn a new software or buy the license, just to be able to edit my videos. This is disappointing considering that the option to use H.264 was available in OP3.

Does anyone have idea whether DJI plan to include the option in a future firmware update?
