Suggestions on basic and budget friendly desktops for small business use? Please help [Suggestion]

I'm going to be working from home and looking for any recommendations / suggestions on a basic desktop that isn't going to break the bank. I work for a small business and will not be doing anything too crazy or downloading a lot of software / programs and am looking for something basic. I've worked on desktops my entire life but don't know a thing about purchasing one for myself. Is there anything I should avoid or should be looking for specifically when shopping? Or any specific models to suggest? I'm open to refurbished as well. Any suggestions or recommendations is very much appreciated! Sadly I'm pretty clueless. Thank you for your help!
