Slow Sink Senkos

I was given a tacklebox full of gear to restart my fishing hobby. In it is a bag of Senkos that drop very slowly through the water. Like more than a minute per foot slow.

I’m not worried about tossing them if they’re useless (or adding a sinker), but is there a situation where these could be used as is?
