Instagram suspended my account (@1_itz_spidy_) over a false allegation of inappropriate interaction with a minor and hasn’t responded for 12+ days

I’m sharing this because I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point.

My Instagram account (@1_itz_spidy_) was suddenly suspended due to a serious allegation of inappropriate interaction with a minor, which I strongly deny. I have never engaged in any such activity, and this appears to be a false report or misunderstanding.

As soon as it happened, I submitted an official complaint (ID: S-979125994561801) and followed all the proper steps. However, it has now been more than 12 days, and I have received absolutely no response, no update, and no explanation from Instagram/Meta.

What makes this worse is that when I tried to create a new account just to understand what was happening, it also got suspended, likely being flagged as a “bypass attempt,” even though I was just trying to figure out the issue due to lack of response.

This situation is really stressful because such serious allegations can affect a person’s reputation, and I currently have no proper way to respond or defend myself.

I’m not trying to break any rules. I just want a fair manual review and a clear explanation. If no violation is found, I request my account to be restored.

Has anyone faced something similar? Is there any way to actually get a response from Instagram?

Any help or advice would really mean a lot.
