Wiimote 1 disconnected by emulated software

Been using dolphin for a little over a week on series S, everything was working fine until yesterday, now whenever i boot up a Wii game i get the message "Wiimote 1 disconnected by emulated software" on the top left corner, tried restarting dolphin and console and it didn't work.

Does anyone know a fix for it?

PS: GameCube games work normally.
