AZ Lockbox Auth?

We originally sent our paperwork (485 and others) to Chicago and it was rejected since they stopped taking cashiers checks. We sent it back with a CC but to the Tempe lockbox - long story, it should’ve been Chicago - and 3 weeks later we finally got a push notification of an authorization for a charge at “uscisAZlockbox” for $260 of the $2,220 total. It doesn’t show up in pending transactions on our card and exists nowhere except a push notification from Chase which leads nowhere. $260 is the work auth form price. Does anyone know what that authorization was? I assume that’s some kind of progress but that was 3 days ago and now nothing. Seems weird they wouldn’t just charge the card or even put a hold that shows up in pending charges kind of like a hotel incidentals charge.
