[Hiring] AI-Trained Phone Caller / Appointment Setter — Near-native English fluency — $5-7/hr Starting

I'm part of a recruiting and AI integration company. We place AI-trained Filipino VAs into home services, insurance, and recruiting businesses in the U.S.

I'm hiring 1-2 phone callers / appointment setters to work my own incoming leads and burn through call lists.

What you'll do:

• Call business owners who replied to my cold email (warm leads — they already said "tell me more")
• Run through cold call lists in home services, insurance, and recruiting niches
• Use a tight script (provided) to qualify the lead and book a 15-min call
• Take notes, update the CRM, follow up on no-answers
• Daily 15-min check-in

What I need:

• Native-level or near-native English (clear accent, natural pace)
• Some phone sales / appointment setting / closer experience, ideally with U.S. clients
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Available 4+ hours/day during U.S. business hours (we can flex on timezone)
• Willing to learn AI tools — we'll train you, but you have to want to use them

What you'll get:

• $5-7/hour to start, paid weekly (Wise / Payoneer / PayPal — your call)
• Raise to $8-10/hr after 30 days if you're hitting numbers
• Bonuses on calls booked (small but real)
