Live in MTV, office in SF

Hi, i recently leased an apartment in mountain view since my current workplace, in SF, needs 3 days wfo, but I am at the offer stage at this other company which needs 5 days WFO, also in SF.

The pay is significantly higher but I can't break the lease since I just started it less than a month ago.

Is it possible to commute from MTV to SF 5 days a week or is that just going to drain my energy?
