Low Mouse Sensitivity

I'm trying to play remotely and when my mouse is locked into the window, the camera moves abysmally slow, like I'm on a 2005 office mouse. The camera sensitivty is normal when the mosue isn't locked into the window somehow but I have to always unlock the mouse each time I go back from any menu.

Changing sensitivity in settings doesn't seem to work
