Do the daily specials in Where&Wear disappear if you don’t buy them?

Title, basically! I couldn’t find any info online or previous questions in this thread. Let’s say I have daily specials today, but I don’t buy them. Tomorrow, will they be added to the permanent store or do I have to purchase them to be added to the permanent store?

Same question goes for the food market, actually!
