EMT Journal usefulness?

Not trying to spam or sell garbage — I actually made this because I wanted a cleaner way to track calls, patient contacts, treatments, and interesting cases over time during EMS work/shifts.

I put together an EMT Patient Care Logbook designed for: paramedic students, medics, first responders.

Mostly for documenting: patient encounters interventions/treatments learning experiences shift/call tracking

Would genuinely appreciate feedback from people in EMS on whether this is actually useful or what should be improved.

I like it but let me know if there's thing to improve.

And if not allowed feel free to delete admins!

Thanks!
