We’ve recently built an AI-powered commercial verification platform designed to help commercial/QS/FM teams validate contractor invoices against SoRs and supporting documents.

The platform is already helping identify:
- unsupported charges
- quantity mismatches
- duplicate billing
- uplift discrepancies
- SoR non-compliance

We’re currently looking to onboard 1–2 companies into an early pilot programme to help shape the platform further with real operational feedback.
