Where can I sell brand new sex toys?

Hi, I just bought some sex toys for this guy I was seeing and the same day I bought them he decided to ghost me. I am livid. I spent good money on them and I have no use for them now. I bought things he wanted to see. The store won’t take them back. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
